barry m cosmetics are awesome! my friends got pigments (dazzle dusts) and liners for me and i totally fell in love with the brand. Dazzle dusts are similar to mac's pigments. They are very pigmented and soft. The quantity is much lesser than mac's but also a lot cheaper. This allows you to buy many colors! They have sooooooooooo many shades to choose from. Their liners are also soft and nice. Lasts for quite a long time and does not smudge easily.

once a while, H &M also comes up with cheap and nice cosmetics! i have eyeliner and lipstick and its quite pretty!
