I think you can check the estimated date of arrival from your account at the benefit website. You simply click "Your account" (remember to login first), and under "Where my stuffs?" section, you'll see "Track packages". That's where you can find the arrival date. I'm not sure if it works with the shipment to Thailand, thou. You should, at least, give it a try. I LOVE BENEFIT!!! ^O^
