[ENGLISH ONLY] acne, scars, redness(PIC included)

Sawadee ka TT,
I only usually get acne on my cheeks(my pores are large on that part), so i apply cream to make it dry. but the redness of my cheeks never go away? and there is small dark red-ish dot, It is acne scars right? 
I have no worry on drying the acne but I want to know how to make the redness disappear T T and as well as the dark-reddish spot(scars) .. kob khun kaa ><
